Cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial payment, contact us via the Contact Us page for a full refund. Refund requests after this window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
